2026-044 Student Union Terrazzo Flooring

Scope of Work:
The contract involves the installation of terrazzo flooring at the Student Union as part of project number 2026-044. All work under this contract must be completed by January 15, 2027, in accordance with Specification 01 31 51 - Milestone Schedule. Work will commence upon receipt of the University's Notice to Proceed, which will be issued following approval of the contract by the New York State Comptroller.

Contract Requirements:

• Completion of all terrazzo flooring work as specified.

• Work to begin only after the official Notice to Proceed is received.

• No hand-delivered, courier, or mailed bids will be accepted; only electronic submissions are allowed until further notice.
• Bids must be received by 2:00 PM local time on June 25, 2026. The University is not responsible for proposals not delivered to the specified email address by the deadline.
