The New York State Office of Victim Services (OVS) is seeking a facility to host its Statewide Victim Services Provider Conference and conference attendees during one of the following three-consecutive weekday periods:

  • August 5-7, 2025
  • August 12-14, 2025,
  • August 19-21, 2025, or
  • August 26-28, 2025

The facility must be in Albany County and be located within 20 miles of a public transportation hub. The facility must have available lodging space and separate meeting space to accommodate the conference needs over at least one of the three-consecutive weekday periods outlined above.

Facilities are eligible to subcontract with adjacent facilities for meeting space and/or occupancy rooms if necessary, however, the use of third-party services for the purposes of submitting this bid are not permissible.

Background
The New York State Office of Victim Services (OVS) is seeking a facility to host its Statewide Victim Services Provider Conference.
The conference aims to provide training and resources for victim services providers and will take place over one of the following three-consecutive weekday periods:
