Background
The Town of Greenburgh, through its Department of Public Works, is seeking bids for the 2025 Annual Bid for Traffic Signage and Associated Hardware. This contract aims to provide various traffic signage and hardware necessary for the Bureau of Traffic in Greenburgh, New York. The goal is to ensure compliance with safety standards and enhance traffic management within the town.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of the following items:
1. Sign blanks (anodized aluminum, .080” thickness)
2. Extruded aluminum sign blanks
3. Diameter post cap adaptors for extruded aluminum street sign blanks (5" and 12” slot)
4. Cross piece (sign connector for extruded street sign blanks)
5. Wing or cantilever bracket
6. Stop sign (with High Intensity Grade Prismatic Sheeting)
7. Diameter street sign posts (10' x 2", 9' x 2", 12' x 2")
8. Flanged channel posts
9. Lap splice u-channel breakaway system
10. Channel post delineators
11. Traffic cones (conforming to NYSDOT specifications)
12. Universal cross piece
13. Chevron adjustable bracket
14. U-bolt assembly
15. Chain link sign installation.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of one year starting from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for all products is the Traffic Department garage at Town of Greenburgh - Traffic, located at 100 Old Sprain Road Building A, Ardsley, NY 10502.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a statement of Non-Collusion as per Section 103-D of the General Municipal Law. Additionally, bidders must be duly authorized to do business within the State of New York and provide proof of good standing if awarded the contract.
