2024 Taconic Campus Cross-Connect Project

OPWDD's Contract Management Unit for Taconic DDSOO is soliciting quotes from responsible and qualified MWBE, SDVOB, or NYS Small Business contractors to perform excavation and installation of piping to serve as a cross-connection to manage excess storm water for the OPWDD Taconic DDSOO Campus located in Wassaic, New York.

Pursuant to its discretionary authority under Articles 15-A and 17-B of the New York State Executive Law and State Finance Law section 163(6) - Empire State Development Corporation certified Minority or Woman Owned Business (MWBE), New York State Office of General Services Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB), or New York State Small Businesses only. Please provide a copy of your firm's certification documents when submitting a quote.

References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. The contractor or its principals must be able to provide references that verify they have 3 years of relevant experience to complete the work as listed in the Scope of Work. The contractor will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances.

Any interested Contractor MUST attend the Mandatory Site Visit in order to submit a quote. The Mandatory Site Visit is to be held at 9:00am on Friday, March 15, 2024. It is strongly recommended that Contractors interested in attending the site visit confirm their intention to attend by contacting the Contract Management Unit at eny.nyc.li.contracthub@opwdd.ny.gov
