The Nye County Board of Commissioners, on behalf of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, is inviting proposals for the Tonopah Airport Fuel System project. This project aims to enhance aviation fuel services at the Tonopah Airport by implementing a new fuel system designed for 100LL Avgas and Jet A fuel. - Additional features such as epoxy-lined interiors for tanks, a sump fuel recovery system, side-mounted ladders with deck platforms, electric rewind hose reels with various configurations for fueling hoses, static grounding reels, venting compliant with NFPA standards, fire-rated shutoff valves per NFPA 407 standards, explosion-proof control panels and lights, and ground-reading tank level gauges with alarms.
Period of Performance
The contract term is set for One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed start date.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have an active SAM.gov registration to be eligible for this federally funded project. Contractors are required to comply with all applicable requirements set forth in CDBG Construction Documents. A bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the total response price must accompany the proposal. A performance bond and materials/payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract amount must also be provided within eight (8) business days after receiving Notice of Award.
