Solicitation Waiver, Maintenance of NEATS, NVAPPS, HRDW, PRDW

Background
The Department of Administration, specifically the Division of Human Resource Management (DHRM), seeks a noncompetitive contract with Aeris Enterprises, Inc. for the maintenance and operations of NEATS, NVAPPS, HRDW, and PRDW systems. This contract is justified under NRS 333.700(7) which requires approval from the State Board of Examiners (BOE) for service contracts.

Work Details
The support contract will address a wide range of operational and maintenance needs related to the NEATS, NVAPPS, HRDW, and PRDW systems.

The vendor, Aeris Enterprises, Inc., is uniquely qualified as they developed these applications and possess in-depth knowledge of their source code, environment, architecture, and state processes. The contract value is estimated at $139,200.

Period of Performance
The contract is set to commence on July 1, 2025, and conclude on June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Reno, Nevada where Aeris Enterprises is located.

Bidder Requirements
This contract is classified as a sole source due to the unique qualifications required for these services that are not available from any other vendor. Aeris Enterprises has previously provided similar services under prior contracts.
