The selected firm must ensure that all of the City's requirements and interests are incorporated into the project, especially regarding the RSWRF unit processes, Transfer Pump Station, coagulation/flocculation/clarification processes, and the transmission main to the APWF. The firm will be responsible for technical representation in all relevant construction and project management activities.
