Polycarbonate Replacement for Amenities and Facilities

Background
The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) is issuing this contract for the provision of polycarbonate supplies to replace materials for shelters and amenities.

The RTC's mission includes ensuring efficient transportation services and infrastructure in Southern Nevada. This contract aims to secure a qualified service provider capable of supplying the necessary polycarbonate materials as part of ongoing maintenance and improvement efforts.

Work Details
The Service Provider is required to supply polycarbonate materials for shelters and amenities that require replacement.

The scope includes providing all necessary materials, equipment, products, and labor as specified in Exhibit A and Exhibit D of the contract. The Service Provider must ensure that all services are performed in accordance with industry standards and RTC requirements.

Period of Performance
The base contract term commences from the Notice to Proceed until June 30, 2027, with four one-year renewal options available at RTC's discretion.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within the jurisdiction of the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada.

Bidder Requirements
The Service Provider must maintain all federal, state, and local licenses, certifications, and registrations applicable to the services performed under this contract.

Additionally, they must provide proof of insurance as specified in Exhibit C. The Service Provider is also required to have a local office staffed with personnel capable of managing the project effectively.
