NRED Instructor - Trust Accounting Management and Compliance

Background
The State of Nevada, through its Real Estate Division (NRED), is seeking qualified vendors to develop and instruct a continuing education course titled 'Trust Accounting Management and Compliance' (TAMC) for the fiscal year 2025.

The purpose of this contract is to ensure that real estate licensees in Nevada receive updated training in trust accounting practices, which are essential for compliance with state regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following services:
- Develop and update TAMC course content according to approved objectives, outline, curriculum, and materials provided by NRED.
- Conduct up to 12 classes virtually and in-person in Reno and Las Vegas.
- Submit drafts of course materials to NRED for review.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and class handouts for approval by NRED.
- Use personal equipment for course preparation while ensuring all content developed is owned by NRED.
- Ensure attendance sheets are available at each class, manage sign-ins, distribute evaluation forms, and submit completed evaluations to NRED post-class.
- Notify NRED immediately if a class is canceled due to no attendees within 15 minutes of the start time.
- Provide own laptop and projector if necessary and cover own transportation costs.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon approval by the Clerk of the Board of Examiners and will remain effective through June 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
Classes will be held in Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada, with options for live-streaming.
