Northern Nevada UPS services

Background
The State of Nevada, Office of the Military, is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide as-needed Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) construction services. The goal of this contract is to ensure the reliability and efficiency of backup power systems for critical applications across various facilities in Northern Nevada, including Reno, Carson City, Fallon, and Elko. This initiative supports the agency's mission to maintain operational readiness and safety standards in military operations.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for a comprehensive suite of UPS services which includes:

- Installation of new UPS systems as required.
- Maintenance and repair of existing UPS systems.
- Support in regular testing and inspections of UPS systems.
- Emergency response for UPS-related issues.
- Collaboration with facility management teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Specific tasks include assessing existing UPS installations, making recommendations for upgrades or replacements, routine maintenance involving inspections and battery testing, emergency repair services, load testing and performance analysis, and training facility staff on proper operation and maintenance. All work must adhere to relevant industry standards and safety regulations.

Period of Performance
