Background
The Secretary of State of Nevada, responsible for maintaining official records and overseeing elections, is seeking proposals for a venue to host the Nevada Elections Official Training Conference (NEOTC) from 2025 to 2028. This training is mandatory for all City and County Clerks and Registrars. It emphasizes the importance of educating state officials on election laws and procedures.

Work Details
The contractor must provide a venue in Las Vegas, Nevada, capable of accommodating 100 attendees plus an additional 25-30 presenters/panelists. The facility must include:
- Conference/meeting rooms with three breakout rooms of varying layouts.
- Vendor demonstration space.
- Catering services for meals over five event days for up to 100 people and a separate banquet dinner for up to 75 people.
- Audio/visual support and professional event coordination services.
- Locally provided Wi-Fi and at least 75 power outlets for laptops.
- A minimum room block of 120 rooms.
- Space for a registration desk and loading area for vendors.
- Security measures for attendees and equipment storage.

The conference is scheduled for the following tentative dates: September 22-26, 2025; December 7-11, 2026; October 18-22, 2027; December 4-8, 2028.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from August 1, 2025, through December 8, 2028, covering multiple conferences held annually over this period.
