Description

The City of Las Vegas is seeking proposals from qualified construction managers/general contractors to provide construction manager at risk services for the Las Vegas Art Museum Tenant Improvements project, located at 355 Promenade Place. The scope of work includes preconstruction services such as constructability reviews, construction cost estimates, project analysis, and feedback on materials, methods, systems, schedule, labor, and other conditions impacting construction and subcontractor selection for the development and construction of the project.
