Janitorial and Sanitation Supplies, Equipment and Related Equipment (OMNIA)

Background
The City of Tucson is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Janitorial and Sanitation Supplies, Equipment, and Related Services under the OMNIA Partners cooperative purchasing program.

The goal is to procure a diverse and extensive supply of janitorial and sanitation supplies for delivery to various City locations in the Tucson metropolitan area and Participating Public Agencies.

The City seeks a Contractor with a strong national presence and sophisticated infrastructure to support daily maintenance operations.

Work Details
The Contractor will provide a complete line of quality janitorial and sanitation supplies, including but not limited to:
1. Dilution Control chemicals and delivery systems;
2. Green Products meeting certified standards;
3. Industrial Paper products and dispensers;
4. Private Label products;
5. Hard Floor Care supplies;
6. Carpet Care products;
7. Restroom Care supplies;
8. Waste Receptacles, Compactors, and Liners;
9. Janitorial Machines and Accessories;
10. Institutional Laundry and Kitchen supplies;
11. Industrial Tools & Supplies;
12. Packaging and Shipping materials;
13. Break Room Disposable Supplies;
14. Additional balance of line items as needed with pricing based on discounts off retail price lists.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to last for an estimated annual volume of approximately $200 million in purchases over the full potential Master Agreement term.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various City locations within the Tucson metropolitan area.
