Work Details

All equipment must be new, unused, and compatible with the current Calsense infrastructure.
Specific requirements include:
- Purchase of materials only; no installation services are required.
- Equipment must be fully compatible with existing systems.
- All applicable manufacturer warranties must apply.
- Cellular data plans should be prepaid and factory provided.
- Only products from Calsense Irrigation, Inc. will be accepted; no substitutions allowed.
- Bidders must submit manufacturer cut sheets, proof of authorized distributorship, warranty documentation, and estimated delivery timelines.
- Delivery must be made FOB Destination to a City-designated facility, with partial shipments accepted upon prior coordination.
Period of Performance
The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until all products are received, inspected, and accepted by the City. The contract may also include options for extension based on satisfactory performance.
Place of Performance
The delivery location will be designated by the City of North Las Vegas.
