Inmate Toiletries NDOC

Background
The Nevada State Purchasing Division, representing the Department of Corrections, is seeking vendors to supply inmate toiletries to various correctional facilities across the state. The goal of this contract is to ensure that inmates have access to necessary hygiene products, thereby supporting the health and well-being of the incarcerated population.

Work Details
Vendors are required to supply a range of toiletries for inmates on an as-needed basis. Specific items may include but are not limited to soap, shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant, and other personal hygiene products. The exact quantities and brands will be specified in individual orders as needed by the correctional facilities.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed on an as-needed basis without a fixed term, allowing for flexibility in order fulfillment based on the needs of the Department of Corrections.

Place of Performance
Toiletries will be delivered to various locations including Ely State Prison, Northern Nevada Correctional Center, Florence McClure Women's Correctional Center, Southern Desert Correctional Center, High Desert State Prison, Warm Springs Correctional Center, and Lovelock Correctional Center in Nevada.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with any applicable state regulations and may need to provide proof of relevant certifications or licenses.
