Background
Clark County, Nevada is seeking proposals for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software and Implementation Services to modernize its financial, procurement, budget, project management, maintenance management, human resources, timekeeping, and payroll functions. The project aims to upgrade existing systems and improve business processes across various departments including the Department of Aviation and University Medical Center. The County has developed a governance structure for this project with an ERP project sponsor and steering committee to oversee implementation.

Work Details
The scope of the RFP includes evaluation and implementation of software that covers finance, procurement, budget management, project portfolio management, maintenance management, human resources, and payroll functions. Specific requirements include:

- Central repository for enterprise data handling financial accounting and reporting.
- Integration with existing systems while allowing for flexibility in configuration to meet unique business needs.
- Automation of processes to reduce manual data entry and improve reporting capabilities.
- Implementation of a new chart of accounts for tracking detailed project and grant information.
- Streamlined purchasing processes with formal requisitioning and contract management policies.

The contract is expected to begin in January 2027 following board approval on December 15, 2026. The timeline includes proposal submissions by March 30, 2026, software demonstrations from June 1 to June 11, 2026, with secondary demonstrations scheduled for late July or early August 2026.

The services will be performed at various locations within Clark County, Nevada including the Clark County Government Center.
