East Dayton Bridge Project Feasibility Study

Background
The Carson Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) is seeking qualified consulting firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for the East Dayton Bridge Project Feasibility Study. This project is federally funded through Surface Transportation Block Grant Funds, aimed at assessing the feasibility of a new bridge in the East Dayton area. The City of Carson is collaborating with Lyon County on this project, with CAMPO leading the management and administration.

Work Details
The consulting firm will be responsible for conducting a feasibility study for the East Dayton Bridge Project. This includes evaluating potential locations, assessing environmental impacts, and providing recommendations based on technical analysis.

The detailed scope of work is outlined in Attachment E of the RFQ documents, which includes specific tasks and deliverables expected from the consultant.

Period of Performance
The contract period is anticipated to begin upon selection in early 2026 and will continue until the completion of the feasibility study, with specific timelines to be determined during contract negotiations.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily take place in Carson City, Nevada, specifically focusing on areas relevant to the East Dayton Bridge Project.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must be certified firms doing business in the United States and registered in Nevada. They must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number and be registered in the US Government System for Award Management (SAM).

Proposals must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, ensuring no discrimination based on race, color, or national origin. There are no established Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) or Small Business Enterprise (SBE) goals for this project.
