Background
The Nevada State Contractors Board (NSCB) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to replace unsupported audio and video conferencing equipment in their Reno Office located at 5390 Kietzke Lane, Suite 102, Reno, Nevada.

The goal of this contract is to enhance the overall in-person and virtual meeting experience by integrating modern audio and visual technologies, ensuring seamless connectivity and high-quality communication.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a turn-key audio and video conferencing system that includes:
- Replacement of Polycom 8000 video system with Crestron NVX Video over Ethernet.
- New PTZ cameras to replace existing Polycom PTZ cameras.
- Installation of new Shure microphones and ceiling speakers.
- Replacement of four TVs with 85” displays and wall mounts.
- Installation of a 10" Crestron control panel and a 5" Crestron panel at the chairman position for master mute.
- Dante audio signal integration for recording using existing software.
- Media PCs (owner furnished) with Network Video Decoders at various locations including prosecutor and witness tables.
- HDMI ports installed at multiple locations for displaying video sources.
- Installation of a videoconferencing camera, wireless keyboard, mouse, and ceiling speakers in two conference rooms with 70-75” displays.
- Removal of old equipment at both Reno and Las Vegas locations, configuration of systems, training for staff on operation, testing with NSCB staff involvement, and weekly status updates on project progress.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to begin on November 12, 2025, following Board of Examiners approval.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Nevada State Contractors Board Office located at 5390 Kietzke Lane, Suite 102, Reno, NV 89511, as well as the Las Vegas Office at 8400 Sunset Road, Suite 150, Las Vegas, NV 89113.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered on nevadaepro.com to respond to the solicitation. They are required to attend a mandatory site visit at both locations prior to submitting proposals. Vendors must comply with all mandatory minimum requirements outlined in the solicitation including having an active entity registration in sam.gov that matches their nevadaepro.com registration.
