ARC for Street Sweeping Services

Requested Work:
The Clark County Department of Aviation (CCDOA) is soliciting bids for an Annual Requirements Contract for street sweeping services. The selected supplier will be responsible for providing both mechanical and vacuum sweeper services at the following locations:

• Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 roadways
• The northbound and southbound Airport Connector Tunnel
• Other areas as specified in the contract documents

Requesting Agency:
This solicitation is issued by the Clark County Department of Aviation, Procurement & Contracts Division.

Background:
This contract is being established to ensure the ongoing cleanliness and maintenance of critical airport roadways and tunnels, supporting the operational needs of Terminal 1, Terminal 3, and associated infrastructure.

Contract Requirements:
This is a sealed bid process under Bid Number 26-100135. All services must be performed as specified in the bid documents. Compliance with all requirements and specifications outlined by CCDOA is mandatory.

Submission Instructions:

• All questions and bid responses must be submitted exclusively through the NGEM website (www.ngemnv.com).
• Submissions via email, fax, hard-copy, or any method outside of NGEM will not be reviewed or considered.
• Potential bidders must register as a Supplier on the NGEM System by clicking the Supplier Registration link and completing the registration form. Registration and use of the NGEM System are free of charge.
• Bid documents can be accessed by selecting the specific project from the Current Bid Opportunities list on NGEM. You must be logged in to your NGEM account to view solicitation information and documents.
• Once registered, suppliers may receive email notifications of bid opportunities. Viewing any project bid data will automatically add the bidder's contact information to the bidders list, and the NGEM System will send updates, changes, or addenda related to the project.
• Electronic bid proposals can only be submitted through the NGEM System. Bid documents may be printed for the bidder's use.
