ARC for IDMS Card Printing Supplies

Work Requested:
The Clark County Department of Aviation (CCDOA) is requesting a supplier to provide the following goods to support the deployment and operation of an Integrated Document Management System (IDMS):

• Custom lamination
• Smart cards
• Associated consumables

Who is Requesting:
This solicitation is issued by the Clark County Department of Aviation, Procurement & Contracts.

Background:
This is an Annual Requirements Contract (ARC) for IDMS card printing supplies, referenced as Bid Number 25-100126.

Contract Requirements:
Suppliers must provide custom lamination, smart cards, and related consumables as specified for the IDMS. All products must meet the standards necessary for the operation and deployment of the Integrated Document Management System.

Instructions on Submission:

• This is a sealed bid process. All questions and responses must be submitted through the NGEM website at www.ngemnv.com.
• Any inquiries, documents, or information submitted outside of NGEM (such as via email, fax, or hard copy) will not be reviewed or considered.
• Potential bidders must register as a Supplier on the NGEM System by completing the Supplier Registration form. Registration and use of the NGEM System are free of charge.
• Bid documents can be viewed by selecting the specific project from the Current Bid Opportunities list on NGEM and clicking on that project. You must be logged in to your NGEM account to access solicitation information and associated documents.
• Once registered, suppliers may receive email notifications of bid opportunities. Viewing any project bid data will automatically add the bidder's contact information to the bidders list, and the NGEM System will send updates, changes, or addenda for that project.
• Electronic bid proposals can only be submitted through the NGEM System. Bid documents may be printed for the bidder's use, but all submissions must be electronic via NGEM.
