925 East Sahara - Demolition

Clark County invites qualified firms or individuals to submit bids. Questions regarding this bid must be directed to the Bid Contact listed in this bid. The Work consists of the demolition of, but is not limited to, the demolition of, but not limited to, two wood, CMU, structural steel, and down to the entire foundation of buildings D and F, installation of chain link fencing to enclose the property, civil work, concrete work, backfilling and compaction of a basement and footings, and the application of dust palliative. Work hours: The General Contractor will perform construction/demolition activities during the following times: [Monday through Friday starting from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 3:00 PM All dates and times will be outlined in the Project Schedule as required per Section 01 32 16 Progress Schedule. The contractor will notify the Owner's Representative when changes to the submitted working days/hours are deemed necessary.
