Background
The New Mexico Compilation Commission must enter into a sole source publishing contract with Lexum Informatique Juridique Inc. for the purpose of providing uninterrupted electronic publishing of the laws of the State of New Mexico, preserving and protecting the State's official copyrighted integrated database, reducing its operational costs, and providing all official legal content for the State of New Mexico to its citizens for free.

Work Details
The services to be provided include support and maintenance of NWOneSource.com, providing year-round, unlimited technical support services, conversion software supporting various elements in official legal documents, importing and integrating new content into NWOneSource.com, providing a 'demo' environment for testing new uploads and features, ensuring timely updates of all new and updated content, supporting bulk content updates for current NMSA and NMRA content, supporting the ability for end users to create customized print content, providing editorial services for the ongoing publishing of Session Laws, and continuing to provide end users with a free personal legal research workspace powered by Lexbox.

Period of Performance
The contract term is four (4) years.
