Web and Mobile App ADA Compliance

The County of Los Alamos is seeking proposals for the development of a web and mobile application that complies with ADA standards. Sealed responses must be submitted electronically through the County's Procurement Portal by January 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Interested vendors can register for a vendor account on the County's Procurement Portal at no cost. Detailed instructions for downloading solicitation documents and submitting responses are available online. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for December 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time via Microsoft Teams. Instructions for joining the conference will be included in the solicitation documents. Questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted through the County's Procurement Portal.
