UNM Job Order Contracting (JOC)

Background
The University of New Mexico (UNM) is seeking proposals from contractors to provide construction services under its Job Order Contracting (JOC) Program. This program aims to facilitate construction work on various sites and facilities, including classrooms, laboratories, and athletic facilities. The contract will be governed by the New Mexico Procurement Code.

Work Details
Contractors will provide construction services across several categories:
1) General Construction,
2) Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), and
3) Roofing. Each contractor is required to complete Detailed Scopes of Work as referenced in individual Job Orders. The work will be performed at UNM campuses and may also extend to public and educational agencies throughout New Mexico.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to continue as per the requirements outlined in the individual Job Orders.

Place of Performance
Work will primarily take place at various campuses of the University of New Mexico. It may also include locations throughout the State of New Mexico as part of the Cooperative Purchasing Job Order Contracting Program.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with specific requirements including reviewing and accepting New Mexico Wage Rate Determination. They must also submit a Conflict of Interest Form, a Submittal Letter Form, and provide proof of Resident Business or Native American Resident Business Certification for preference eligibility.
