UNM Hospital Contract Management System

Background
The University of New Mexico Hospital (UNMH) is New Mexico’s only academic medical center and the State’s only Level One Trauma Center. It serves as the largest clinical component of the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center and includes multiple hospitals such as UNM Hospitals and UNM Children’s Hospital. UNMH is recognized for clinical excellence in various specialties and has a significant operational scale, implementing nearly 60,000 Purchase Order transactions valued at approximately $1.4 billion during its 2024 fiscal year.

The goal of this contract is to establish a comprehensive Contract Management System that will support UNMH's growing needs for contract archival and management as its software archive is expected to expand significantly in the coming years.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a web-based platform that supports all aspects of staffing functions including sourcing, ordering, scheduling, receipt and archival of Kronos-timekeeping data, consolidated invoicing, and recordkeeping necessary for management decisions and regulatory compliance. The system must be device agnostic, cloud-based, accessible via web browsers without requiring additional hardware or installation on UNMH servers.

It should allow for the storage, categorization, searching, retrieval, and management of contracts with capabilities for keyword searches based on various data types such as department ownership, vendor name, contract type, etc. The system should also provide reporting capabilities related to vendor performance and compliance with contract requirements. Additionally, it must include training resources for implementation and ongoing support.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and extend through a specified duration as outlined in the proposal submissions.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at UNMH facilities located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
