UNM Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Tow Diehm Athletic Facility Renovation

Background
The University of New Mexico (UNM) is seeking qualified construction firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the renovation of the Tow Diehm Athletic Facility.
The goal of this contract is to enhance student athlete spaces, ensuring that the facility meets modern standards and provides a conducive environment for training and development.

Work Details
The project involves the expansion of the Tow Diehm Building student athlete spaces, which includes:
- A Theater addition of approximately 2,367 square feet.
- A Training Room addition of approximately 2,076 square feet specifically for the football team.
- Extensive renovations to create a lobby area.
- Extension of the equipment room.
- Creation of a vestibule connecting locker rooms.
- Minor renovations in adjacent spaces totaling around 2,000 square feet.
- Exterior work including a patio, sidewalk, and retaining wall covering approximately 2,000 square feet.
The project will utilize the CMAR construction delivery method.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from May 30, 2024, with proposals due by July 1, 2024.
