Tyler Munis System Upgrade and Payroll Support Services

Background
The City of Santa Fe is seeking to upgrade its Tyler Munis system and provide payroll support services. Ciber Pathway Inc., the current IT service provider for the City, has extensive experience with the Tyler Munis, EnerGov, Cashiering, and Kronos systems. Their goal is to enhance the functionality of these systems to better support Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance operations.

Work Details
Ciber Pathway Inc. will provide the following services under the contract:

- **Tyler Munis HR/Payroll and Benefits Consultant - Senior:** Assist payroll team during payroll weeks with time files, configuration changes, production issues, questions, reports, audit reports, W2 processing, and regulatory reports. Lead Tyler Munis Upgrade 2024 HR/Benefits/Payroll System Testing, UAT testing, and training (1650 hours over 12 months at $145/hour).

- **Tyler Munis HR/Payroll and Benefits Consultant - Mid Level:** Similar responsibilities as Senior Consultant but at a mid-level rate (1650 hours over 12 months at $115/hour).

- **SQL Server Reports Developer:** Assist with conversion of EnerGov crystal reports to SSRS and create new reports as needed (960 hours over 12 months at $110/hour).

- **Kronos Consultant:** Provide technical assistance with Kronos Dimension Upgrade and production support (1650 hours over 12 months at $145/hour).

- **Tyler EnerGov Consultant:** Assist with EnerGov workflows and upgrades (1650 hours over 12 months at $145/hour).

- **Tyler Munis Finance Consultant - Senior:** Support upgrades and migration to AWS (1650 hours over 12 months at $145/hour).

- **ERP Business Analyst - Mid to Senior Level:** Provide ERP support on business processes (1650 hours over 12 months at $120/hour).

- **Project Manager/Advisor:** Help with project implementations related to Tyler Munis upgrades (1650 hours over 12 months at $145/hour).

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from July 2025 to June 2026.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily in Santa Fe, NM.
