Transcription Services

Background
The State of New Mexico Children, Youth, & Families Department (CYFD) wishes to establish a Price Agreement for Transcription Services. The term of this Price Agreement shall be for two (2) years from the date of award with the option to extend for a period of eight (8) additional years, on a biennial basis, by mutual agreement of all parties and approval of the New Mexico State Purchasing Agent at the same price, terms and conditions. This Price Agreement shall not exceed ten (10) years.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide transcription services including around the clock access to live transcription services for record keeping and data transfer from voice/written format to Microsoft Word 2013 or Adobe Acrobat Pro report format. They must accept dictation by phone through a toll-free number provided by the contractor, transcribe reports and return them within specific timeframes, provide accessibility via phone and Internet access at no additional cost to CYFD, and ensure all transcription services remain confidential.
The vendor must have security measures and protocols in place to ensure the transcribed documentation remains secure.
