Background
New Mexico State University (NMSU) is the state’s land-grant university, established under the Constitution of the State of New Mexico. NMSU serves the educational needs of New Mexico’s diverse population through comprehensive programs of education, research, extension education, and public service. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks technical staff augmentation consulting services to support NMSU's operational needs.
Work Details
The contract will involve providing technical staff augmentation consulting services, which may include but are not limited to: consulting services related to data processing, computer programming, and software services. The specific requirements and scope of work will be detailed in the attached Scope of Work & Evaluation Criteria document.
Respondents are expected to deliver qualified personnel who can assist in various technical capacities as needed by NMSU.
Period of Performance
The initial term of this RFP will be for 1 year, with an option for NMSU to renew annually for an additional 3 years.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations as required by NMSU within the state of New Mexico.
Bidder Requirements
Respondents must comply with NMSU's Terms and Conditions. Preference will be given to New Mexico resident businesses or Native American resident businesses, as well as veteran-owned businesses. Respondents must provide certification from the State of New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department if applicable.
Additionally, respondents must not be debarred or suspended from receiving contracts by any federal entity or state agency.
