This contract aims to renew ongoing maintenance and support for the Provation Apex Software, which has been deployed within UNMH for over five years, particularly in the Gastroenterology and Pulmonary departments.

The goal is to ensure continued operation, updates, security patches, technical support, and training for this critical healthcare documentation platform.

Work Details
The contract includes the renewal of software support and maintenance services for the Provation Software System. Specific services include:
- Installation
- Sublicensed software
- Ongoing maintenance
- Software support
- Upgrades to the latest version (Provation Apex)
- Comprehensive transition support from the current version (Provation MD).

The upgrade to Provation Apex is essential as it integrates with UNMH's existing Cerner EHR systems and enhances clinical efficiency by streamlining documentation processes for healthcare procedures.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract is three years with an option to renew.

The services will be performed at the University of New Mexico Hospitals located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Bidder Requirements
This procurement is a sole source justification as Provation Medical Inc. is the proprietary developer of both Provation MD and Apex Software Systems. They are uniquely qualified to provide maintenance and updates due to their exclusive knowledge of the applications and their integration with UNMH's existing systems.
