Background
The State of New Mexico is seeking to establish a Statewide Price Agreement for a Personnel Radiation Dosimetry Program Services. This Price Agreement may be utilized by all New Mexico state agencies, commissions, institutions, political subdivisions, and local public bodies allowed by law. The term of this Price Agreement shall be for five (5) years from the date of award with the option to extend for a period of five (5) additional years, by mutual agreement of all parties and approval of the New Mexico State Purchasing Agent at the same price, terms, and conditions. This Price Agreement shall not exceed ten (10) years.
Work Details
The Laboratory must furnish and exchange gamma/beta/neutron and X-ray dosimetry badges on a quarterly basis to various locations in the State of New Mexico. The dosimetry processor must hold current personnel dosimetry accreditation from the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The processor must have the capability for user interface with vendor’s database to track individual exposure records and provide monthly, quarterly, cumulative, annual cumulative, and life-time cumulative reports.
Additionally, it must provide costs for adding new participants to dosimetry program and for lost/unreturned badges.
The contractor is required to supply reports to the New Mexico Environmental Department Radiation Control Bureau indicating dosimetry results to include control badges and a printout of the standard occupational radiation exposure report.
Period of Performance
The term of this Price Agreement shall be for five (5) years from the date of award with the option to extend for a period of five (5) additional years.

The services will be performed at various locations in the State of New Mexico including Santa Fe, Raton, San Jon, Gallup, Albuquerque, Roswell, Alamogordo, Anthony, Farmington State Police.
