QCTRACK Software System Support Services Renewal

Background
The University of New Mexico Hospitals (UNMH) is seeking to procure recurring services for its existing implementation of the QCTrack Software System and Software Support Services from Atirix Medical Systems. This contract aims to ensure ongoing maintenance and support for the QCTrack software, which is critical for managing lead aprons and performing quality control for medical imaging devices used in Radiology. The software has been in use at UNMH for over five years, and its maintenance is essential to avoid disruptions in service and loss of updates.

Work Details
The contract includes the renewal of ongoing maintenance and support services for the QCTrack Software System. Specific services include:

- Installation
- Sublicensed Software
- Maintenance
- Software Support
- Upgrades
- Additional functionality as required.

The renewal will ensure that the existing licenses are maintained and that UNMH continues to receive necessary updates, security patches, technical support, and training.

Period of Performance
The term of purchase is a three (3) year renewal term with an option to renew subject to NMSA 1978, Section 13-1-150.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the University of New Mexico Hospitals located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Bidder Requirements
Atirix Medical Systems is identified as the sole source vendor due to their proprietary development of the QCTrack software. They are the only company capable of providing the required maintenance and support services. No other vendors were contacted as switching vendors would disrupt patient care and incur significant costs.
