Print Management Services

Background
The Albuquerque Public Schools (APS) is seeking proposals for Print Management Services to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of its printing operations. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive print management solutions that align with the district's educational mission and operational needs.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a range of print management services, which may include:
- Assessment of current printing practices and recommendations for improvements.
- Implementation of a centralized print management system.
- Management of all printing devices, including copiers, printers, and multifunction devices.
- Monitoring and reporting on print usage and costs.
- Providing maintenance and support for all printing equipment.
- Offering training for staff on efficient printing practices.
- Ensuring compliance with environmental standards in printing processes.

Period of Performance
The contract may be awarded for a term of up to eight (8) years, allowing for ongoing evaluation and adjustment of services as needed.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within the Albuquerque Public Schools district.
