Background
The Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department, Oil Conservation Division (OCD) is seeking to establish a Statewide Price Agreement to address various activities under its statutory authorities. The goal of this contract is to facilitate the remediation of oilfield waste from unauthorized releases and contamination related to oil and gas facilities in New Mexico. This includes ensuring proper plugging and abandonment of oil and gas wells and facilities, along with necessary laboratory services.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a range of services including but not limited to:
- Plugging and abandonment of oil and gas wells
- Remediation of oilfield waste from unauthorized releases
- Management of contamination related to oil and gas operations
- Laboratory services associated with the aforementioned activities.
