PlastikGas Processing Plant Installation and Management Services

Background
PlastikGas, LLC is proposing to deliver a state-of-the-art PlastikGas® Processing Plant to the Village of Los Lunas, New Mexico.

The mission of this project is to advance environmental preservation by transforming waste plastics into high-quality, ready-to-use fuels. This innovative technology aims to reduce plastic waste while generating clean fuels that enhance vehicle performance and reduce reliance on traditional fossil fuels.

Work Details
The contract includes the installation and management services for a 4-ton PlastikGas® Processing Plant, which will convert plastic into various types of fuel and byproducts.

The processing capacity is 4 tons of plastic per batch, yielding approximately:
- 512 gallons of gasoline (PG1)
- 296 gallons of diesel (PG2)
- 24 gallons of kerosene (PG3)
- 410 lbs of paraffin
- 164 lbs of coke.

The plant includes components such as two reformers, separate processing tanks for each fuel type, a chiller assembly, a vertical feed burner tank, horizontal storage tanks, supporting structures, tubing and piping for fluid movement, and a control room with PLC integration. The site must have a dedicated area with infrastructure including a concrete slab, wired utilities, storage for plastic, and security measures. Operational support includes 30 days of onsite training followed by 11 months of virtual support and maintenance options after the first year.

Period of Performance
The contract is set to commence upon acceptance of the quote dated December 16, 2024.

Place of Performance
The processing plant will be installed at the Village of Los Lunas, New Mexico.
