Paid Media Management Services for NMSU Global Campus

Background
New Mexico State University (NMSU) is the state's land-grant university, established under the Constitution of the State of New Mexico. NMSU serves the educational needs of New Mexico's diverse population through comprehensive programs of education, research, extension education, and public service.

The university comprises a statewide system providing learning opportunities to all citizens through cooperative extension offices in 33 counties, 13 research centers, and multiple campuses. NMSU is a NASA Space Grant College and a Hispanic-Serving Institution with an enrollment exceeding 25,000 students. The goal of this contract is to procure Paid Media Management Services for NMSU Global Campus.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive paid media management services which include but are not limited to:

- Strategic planning for media campaigns
- Execution and management of digital advertising across various platforms (including social media and search engines)
- Performance tracking and reporting on campaign effectiveness
- Optimization of ad spend based on performance metrics
- Collaboration with NMSU staff to align media strategies with institutional goals.

The services must ensure effective outreach to prospective students and enhance the visibility of NMSU Global Campus programs.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be for 1 year, with an option for NMSU to renew annually for an additional 3 years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily at New Mexico State University locations or remotely as required by the nature of the work.
