Background
The City of Alamogordo, New Mexico, is seeking proposals for On-Call Plumbing Services to support its various owned and/or operated buildings. The goal is to establish a contract with qualified contractors who can provide plumbing services in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for plumbing services on an as-needed basis. Services include:
- Repair, maintenance, replacement, installation, and upgrade of plumbing systems including piping (hot and cold), natural gas piping, drain piping, fixtures, sanitary systems, and more.
- Emergency response within one hour for urgent plumbing needs and must start work within four hours of notification.

- Cleaning up after work completion without using City trash containers.
- Responding to service requests within eight hours and having personnel on-site within 24 hours if required.
