On-Call Architectural & Engineer Services

Background
The Purchasing Section of the Procurement & Business Services Department of Bernalillo County is seeking proposals for qualification-based On-Call Architectural and Engineering Professional services. The goal is to establish a pool of qualified firms for future projects, allowing the County to issue multiple awards. Each selected firm will enter into a Master Agreement with the County, enabling negotiation of Task Orders for Professional Services on a project-by-project basis.

Work Details
The services required under this contract include:
1) General Architectural Services;
2) Building Commissioning;
3) Special Inspections, Testing Services, and Geotechnical Engineering Services;
4) Mechanical Engineering Services;
5) Electrical Engineering Services.

Offerors must provide a strategy detailing the planning and design process from initial planning to construction drawings, public input solicitation, necessary reviews/permits, bidding assistance, and construction administration.

Period of Performance
The anticipated Agreement term is four (4) years with an option to renew for an additional two (2) years, totaling six (6) years from the date of award.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must include a copy of their State of New Mexico preference certificate and any additional documentation required for County preferences with their proposal. They must also submit a Pay Equity Reporting Form or valid Pay Equity Business Certificate. The successful Offeror is responsible for performance by any subcontractor providing services in connection with this RFP.
