NMSU On-Call Architectural/Engineering Services

Background
New Mexico State University (NMSU) is the state’s land-grant university, established under the Constitution of the State of New Mexico, and governed by a five member Board of Regents. NMSU serves the educational needs of New Mexico’s diverse population through comprehensive programs of education, research, extension education, and public service. NMSU is comprised of a statewide system providing learning opportunities to all the citizens of the state through cooperative extension offices in 33 New Mexico counties; 13 research and science centers located throughout the state; campuses in Alamogordo, Carlsbad, Doña Ana County, Grants, and Las Cruces; and distance education programs.
Enrollment in the NMSU System totals more than 25,000 students.

Work Details
The solicitation is for On-Call Architectural/Engineering Services at NMSU. The services required include:
- Architectural services
- Construction and utilities for higher education (capital improvement projects)
- General construction services (including maintenance and repair services)
- Heavy construction services (including maintenance and repair services)
- Trade construction services (new construction)
- Professional engineering services.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from May 9th, 2024 to July 15th, 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations within the state of New Mexico.
