Leadership Development Subscription for Customized Learning Journeys and Assessments

Background
The University of New Mexico (UNM) is seeking to renew its subscription with Development Dimensions International, Inc. (DDI) for leadership development services. The goal of this contract is to enhance the leadership capabilities within the organization by providing tailored learning experiences and assessments for potential and current leaders.

DDI has been a core service provider for UNM's Executive and Organizational Development (EOD) department, which focuses on leadership training across all campuses.

Work Details
The DDI Leadership Development Subscription will include:
- 100 subscriptions per year for 2 years
- Access to all DDI leadership and frontline solutions
- An inventory of assessments
- Facilitation materials for in-person training
- Over 50 micro-courses.

The subscription will allow EOD to assess leaders' potential, create customized learning journeys that integrate with Learning Central, and provide tools for mentorship programs and department facilitation. The services are designed to be personalized, relevant, and immersive to meet the specific needs of UNM.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 2 years.

Place of Performance
The services will be provided at the University of New Mexico campuses.

Bidder Requirements
This procurement is based on sole source justification due to the proprietary nature of DDI's courses and assessment tools. DDI is the only vendor capable of providing these specific services that integrate with existing systems at UNM.
