Laboratory Analytical Testing Services

Background
The New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) is seeking to establish a supplemental Price Agreement to contract number 40-66700-24-27733 for Laboratory Analytical Testing Services.

The goal of this solicitation is to obtain additional awarded vendors to support NMED Bureaus through analytical laboratory services, which include various types of analyses for environmental monitoring.

Work Details
The services required under this contract include physical, microbiological, chemical, and radiological analyses of various samples such as air (using canisters, filters, or silica gel), sludge, soil/sediment (solid-phase), water (aqueous-phase), vegetation, and biological tissue samples.

Bidders must submit a single percentage discount bid applicable to all laboratory analytical method prices listed in Attachment 1, Sheet 1 (Fee Schedule Catalog). The analysis must comply with the quality requirements set by the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Conference (NELAC) standards or the Department of Defense (DOD) consolidated Quality Systems Manual for Environmental Laboratories.

Laboratories conducting DOE-related analysis must provide certification from either the DOE Consolidated Audit Program or NELAC/NELAP. If subcontractors are used for any analysis, they must be identified in the Fee Schedule Catalog. The quantities requested are estimated and there are no guaranteed purchases.
