Description

Over-the-Phone Interpretation, Video Remote Interpretation, In-Person Interpretation, and/or Document Translation services
Background
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish Master Agreements with qualified Offerors to provide interpreting and translating services.
These services are essential for assisting Limited English Proficiency (LEP) clients who are uncomfortable with or unable to communicate effectively in English.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of the following services:
- Over-the-Phone Interpretation
- Video Remote Interpretation
- In-Person Interpretation
- Document Translation services.
These services will be provided on an 'as-needed' basis to support LEP clients.
