Integration of Structured Decision Making Assessments with New Child Welfare Information System

Background
The Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) of New Mexico is seeking to integrate Evident Change's Structured Decision Making (SDM) assessments and tools with their new Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS), branded as NM Impact.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the functionality of the child welfare system by incorporating SDM assessments, ensuring compliance with current cybersecurity standards and HIPAA regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:
1. Integration of SDM assessments, including Intake, Safety, Risk, and Reunification assessments into NM Impact.
2. Updating and customizing SDM tools to align with CYFD's policies and workflows.
3. Technical implementation that minimizes impact on agency resources during development.
4. Development of Application Program Interfaces (APIs) for data exchange between systems.
5. Single Sign-On (SSO) integration for secure access.
6. A one-year warranty on the integrated system post-implementation, followed by ongoing maintenance and support that includes user account management, consulting services, help desk support, SDM assessment refinement, and report development.

Period of Performance
The contract term is from execution through December 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in New Mexico as part of the integration with CYFD's systems.

Bidder Requirements
The contractor must be Evident Change, as they hold proprietary rights to the Structured Decision Making® System and assessments necessary for this project.
