- Document Imaging

- EDI First Report of Injury (FROI)
- EDI Subsequent Report of Injury (SROI)
- Hosting services
- Policy Coverages & Exposures management
- Conversion & Integration for Custom Reports
- Billing Gateway & ACH/CC Intake.

Specific tasks include extracting all WC claims from Claims Enterprise to Carvel, including claims transactions, notes, and attachments; providing data in ASCH pipe delimited format; delivering a Data Dictionary with record layouts and field definitions; ensuring organizational hierarchy codes are defined; and providing summary-level control totals. The project will also involve user acceptance testing (UAT) in a sandbox environment before moving to production.
