Humanities Building Demolition

Background
The Humanities Building Demolition project is initiated by the relevant agency to facilitate the removal of the Humanities Building located at 400 Yale Blvd. The goal of this contract is to safely and efficiently demolish the building as part of a broader facilities planning initiative.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete demolition of the Humanities Building. This includes all necessary preparations, execution of demolition activities, and site cleanup. Specific tasks include: conducting a mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit on May 14, 2025, at 9 AM; adhering to safety regulations; managing waste disposal; and ensuring compliance with all local construction codes.

Period of Performance

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must review and accept attached insurance requirements, sign and upload a Conflict of Interest Form, and complete a Submittal Form. Additionally, bidders are encouraged to provide documentation for Resident/Native American Resident Business Certification if eligible.
