Foamed Asphalt Stabilized Base Pavement Recycling Services

Background
The State of New Mexico's General Services Department, through its State Purchasing Division, is seeking contractors to provide foamed asphalt stabilized base pavement recycling services.
The goal of this contract is to facilitate the recycling of asphalt materials either in-plant or in-place, thereby supporting sustainable infrastructure practices within the state.

Work Details
The contractor will provide various services related to foamed asphalt stabilized base pavement recycling, including:
- In-Place Recycling for different square yard (S.Y.) depths (3" to 6", 6.1" to 9", and 9.1" to 12") for areas up to 4000 S.Y. and above.
- In-Plant Recycling for similar depth categories and square yard ranges.
- Supply of materials such as Asphalt Binder (PG 58-28), Mineral Filler, and various types of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) with specified grades (SPIII and SPIV).
- Subgrade preparation and excavation services.
- Traffic control services including plans for urban and rural settings.
- Mobilization for both in-place and in-plant stabilization processes.
- Hauling of materials over specified distances from the central plant.

Period of Performance
The contract period is expected to commence upon award and will be executed as per project requirements, with specific timelines outlined in individual task orders.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily at the Albuquerque Asphalt, Inc. Hot Plant located at 5012 Broadway SE, Albuquerque, NM 87105.
Additional locations within the state of New Mexico may be required by project specifications.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be residents of New Mexico to qualify for this contract.
