- Include roadway design, drainage, grading, traffic control, erosion control, utility coordination, and permitting with NMDOT and Railroad.
- Ensure compliance with NMDOT standards and all applicable regulations.
- Provide CAD, GIS, and PDF deliverables.
4. Deliverables include:
- Alignment Study Report (draft and final).
- Preliminary ROW plans, plats, and legal descriptions.
- 30%, 60%, 90%, and 100% roadway plans and specifications.
- Construction cost estimates at each submittal stage.
- Digital files (PDF, CAD, GIS).
