Corepoint Software System Maintenance and Rhapsody Health Support Services

Background
The University of New Mexico Hospitals (UNMH) is seeking to procure recurring services for its existing implementation of the CorePoint Software System and software support services from Rhapsody Health. The goal is to ensure the continued functionality and maintenance of the CorePoint system, which is critical for healthcare interoperability and data exchange between various healthcare organizations.

Work Details
The contract includes the renewal of the current maintenance and support agreement for the CorePoint Software System. Services to be provided encompass:

- Installation
- Sublicensed Software
- Maintenance
- Software Support
- Professional Services
- Training
- Upgrades

The CorePoint Integration Engine is designed to facilitate seamless data exchange and interoperability within UNMH's clinical IT environment. Ongoing maintenance is necessary to receive critical updates, security patches, and technical support.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract is three years, from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028, with an option to renew.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the University of New Mexico Hospitals in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Bidder Requirements
Rhapsody Health is identified as a sole source provider due to its proprietary ownership of the CorePoint software modules. They are uniquely qualified to provide maintenance and support services.
