Work Details
The contract involves two categories of services:

1. **Category I - Cardlock Facility Fuel Purchases:**
- Fuels (regular/mid-grade/premium unleaded gasoline and diesel) must be available at cardlock facilities in at least six areas of San Juan County, including one location each in Aztec, Bloomfield, Kirtland, and two in Farmington.
- Facilities must be operational 24/7, safe, well-lit, and accessible for various types of vehicles including emergency vehicles.
- Contractors must provide fuel cards at no extra charge; lost or damaged cards must be replaced without charge.

2. **Category II - Bulk Fuel Purchases:**
- This includes two sections:
- **Section #1:** Delivery of specified grades of unleaded gasoline and diesel #2 by tractor trailer tanker to Agency-owned tanks.
- **Section #2:** Delivery by tank wagon under similar specifications. Deliveries must occur within 24 hours of order placement during business hours (8 AM to 4:30 PM). A delivery ticket must be provided upon delivery.

Period of Performance
The primary term of the agreement will be from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with options for up to three additional one-year renewals.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations throughout San Juan County including but not limited to:
- Public Works - Road Shop, Aztec
- Parks & Facilities - McGee Park, Farmington
- Riverview Golf Course, Kirtland
- Various locations for Central Consolidated Schools in Kirtland and Shiprock.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with applicable licensing statutes in New Mexico. They are required to provide proof of insurance coverage with specified limits:
- General Liability: $1M
- Auto Liability: $1M
- Workers Compensation: Statutory limits.

Bidders may also need to provide a valid certificate for resident or veteran preferences if applicable.
