Background
Bernalillo County is seeking proposals for Asset Management Software Services to inventory roadway infrastructure, pavement, and storm drain assets.
The goal is to implement a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that supports the Bernalillo County Public Works (BCPW) in developing a proactive asset management program.

Work Details
The selected firm will provide the following services:
1. **Asset Inventory and CMMS System Selection**: Inventory roadway infrastructure, pavement, and storm drain assets.
2. **Professional Services**:
A. Installation of the CMMS in collaboration with software vendors.
B. Project Management including project planning, status reporting, and testing plans.
C. Configuration of the system based on requirements gathered from BCPW, IT, and GIS staff.
D. Asset Data Collection using advanced sensor systems for various asset types including roadways, sidewalks, traffic signs, etc.
E. Development of an Asset Management and Work Order System with dashboards for public and internal use.
F. Integration development between SAP and the CMMS for data synchronization.
G. Training development for BCPW super users to facilitate end-user training post-implementation.
H. Post-Implementation Technical Support to ensure smooth operation of the system.
Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a two-year period with options for two additional two-year extensions, totaling up to six years.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed within Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide proof of qualifications including experience with similar projects, references from water or sewer utilities, and compliance with cybersecurity requirements as outlined in Attachments A-C of the RFP.
Additionally, bidders must submit a Pay Equity Reporting Form and an Unfair Business Practices Disclosure Form.
